Cold Chain Service Update

We are pleased to confirm that cold chain ordering has now resumed as normal from today, Monday 29 June.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while we temporarily paused the processing of new cold chain orders during the recent severe heatwave. Our priority throughout this period has been to protect the safe handling, storage and delivery of medicines.
Customers can continue to place orders as usual.
