Important Cold Chain Service Update
Due to the severe heatwave and requirement to ensure and maintain temperature-controlled delivery conditions, we have made the decision to temporarily pause the processing of new cold chain orders.
This affects any orders placed after 2pm on Tuesday 23 June. We will continue to accept orders for cold chain products; however, we plan to process these when external conditions improve, which at this stage is due to be Monday 29 June.
For urgent cold chain deliveries only, please contact our Customer Service team at ops.orders@oxfordhealth.nhs.uk (01865 904 141) and, where possible, we will aim to support delivery through the OPS delivery team to help ensure medicines reach you safely.
We understand this may cause disruption to ongoing patient care and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Our priority is to protect the safe handling, storage, and delivery of medicines during this period.
We will provide an update when normal service resumes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
