Update Re: OPS dispatch of ambient orders today (Thursday 28th May 2026)
Following an earlier operational issue in our warehouse, we are pleased to let you know that we are now operating as business as usual.
If you have placed an order for an ambient product today, Thursday 28th May 2026, please expect delivery to take place on Friday 29th May or Monday 1st June. For those who have ordered cold chain products today before 2pm, these will continue to be processed as normal and will be scheduled for delivery tomorrow, Friday 29th May.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and greatly appreciate your continued co-operation and understanding as we worked through the earlier issue.
