OPS recently conducted a customer satisfaction survey.
The feedback was positive and highlighted some key development areas.
Respondents:
63.75% from NHS Trusts
12.5% from Community Pharmacy
10% from Private Hospitals
13.75% from Other (GP surgery, Wholesaler, Health board Etc.).
Key results:

*Survey response represented 11.2% of total OPS customers. Conducted between 01.08.2016 and 18.08.2016.
