OPS currently holds more than 110 over-labelled product lines. Last month, 40,000+ units were dispatched to 86 NHS Trust sites from our Banbury warehouse. However, many NHS Trusts are unaware that this service is available through OPS.
Extended lead times and products held on backorder can mean pharmacy teams are required to dispense medicines that could otherwise be supplied ready for use at ward level. This places additional pressure on pharmacy capacity that could be focused on more complex or clinically urgent work.
As part of the NHS, we understand the operational pressure that extended lead times can place on pharmacy services.

OPS may already stock and supply the over-labelled medicine your Trust requires currently such as generically over-labelled and ready to go medications.
Your team adds the local Trust label before it reaches the patient, in line with your usual procedures.

• No minimum batch size: order what you actually need.
• Less stock to hold: no need to over-order just to secure supply.
